Chances are you own a computer and have at least once in your life contracted a virus into your computer one way or another. Removing that virus is not always a simple process and sometimes can take a lot of work or create more damage than can be repaired. Nobody wants to have a virus, and if left unattended they get worse and create more and more problems, and will cause the solution to be more difficult.
The google redirect virus is one such virus can cause malicious intent by the creator of the virus for the intent of redirecting you to one faulty site after another. So while it looks like you may be on the page you actually want, you are on a fake site that may be gathering your information and taking you to further places that you don’t want to be. This redirect virus only gets worse through time and continues yo infect all browsers you may use, constantly sending you to bad sites that are trying to do the same thing to your system.
Google redirect virus removal is not all that difficult so long as you have the right tools and know how. The main thing you need is a spyware removal program. Load this into your computer when every other system is closed. Once the spyware has been detected and either eliminated or quarentined, than you will want to restart your computer to be sure and everything resets the way it was supposed to.
If you are not that computer friendly than google redirect virus removal may cost you a bit to have removed, depending on the computer tech you take it to. However they can also check your entire system for any other problems and correct those problems, aleviating you from more future work.

Sally And The Watermelon Incident

It may sound a little funny when I tell you that due to a run in with some watermelons at the grocery my store my friend Sally had to go an urgent care in Tempe. Sally always uses the urgent cares in Tempe because of their fast turnaround time. I’ve also been told that it’s a good bit cheaper than the local emergency room. Next time I need to see a doctor quickly I’ll probably go to one of these places. urgent care Tempe

You’re probably wondering how exactly this occurred, and even though I wasn’t there I think I got a pretty good version of the events. Basically she was picking through some watermelons to see which was the most ripe, she wanted to eat it that night. She lost hold of one of them and it fell back into the tray. This wouldn’t normally be a big deal, but the tray was loose and the impact caused the whole thing to collapse. Watermelons fell all around Sally’s feet and in the panic she was tripped and fell to the ground.

The doctor at the clinic had to treat Sally for a variety of scrapes, bangs, bruises, and bumps. The grocery store is lucky that she isn’t the type for frivolous lawsuits, or they could have been in some trouble. Instead Sally is going to get a year of free groceries and a discount on her gasoline. Aside from being bruised up she wasn’t even too badly injured. I still wish that I could find the surveilence attack of the great watermelon attack of 2013, I imagine it would be very amusing.

My Aunt is Working on Implementing a New Employee Assessment Tool

I live in Denver and I am very fortunate that my Aunt lives in a town in the foothills, just about thirty miles west of Denver. She work in human resources and has a lot of great insight for the work place. For me as a young professional, her insight is very valuable. When I was up visiting for a night for dinner, she was telling me how she was implementing a new employee assessment tool in her company.

She just started working at a new organization. This organization, I bet, brought her on board to make a lot of decisions and changes to the company. Apparently, the company was going through a lot of restructuring and change. The employees were feeling very low and morale, and employee retention was at an all time low. My aunt really has a lot of experience in this, most of the time when she moves to a new job, it is because she needs to change the culture around. She is really good at it too.

The first thing she said she wants to do is give an employee assessment. Figure out what this organization is all about. Figure out why people come to work every day and if they feel like they are valued.  Getting this sort of insight is really neat. I never give any type of thought about this. Happiness in the workplace is very important to maintain talent.  I never knew how important that was, but now to me it is really important to make sure that I have a company that cares enough for me to stay on.

And yet, there is just one more piece of advice I might tell you people when looking at pipe bending fabrication. I think the word that comes to mind is concentration and I think that this means that the people who are in this room at this time are the ones who could help you with the welding and the things that are required for the welding that may or may not happen in your office and work place. A work place is a funny thing. I think that in general the people who might make the biggest impact on all these things are the people who are looking to be the ones in charge some day. Is that a bad thing? I suppose not. These are not the decisions that I have to make though, because I am not one of the people who want to be the one in charge some day. I would like to be more in charge than I am now, but I am not sure what that means. I do think that managing a program is something that I am good at or could be good at because lets face it, I have no idea what might become of the person that I am today. I head that I am one of the people who has to make phone calls for a telethon for the place that I work and I am terrified. I do not want to call people on the phone and talk to them about giving their money to us for pipe fabricators.

Breathalyzers are fun!

In my last post, I intended to try and talk about how much I drank in the previous night and I do not think I did a good enough job of telling the fabulous story.  It would not have been one for the breathalyzers record books, but it was still a great time and would have been a blast to test the limits of human alcohol drinking capacity.  Last night, I had two happy hour beers.  The first was a nitro stout.  Not a left hand milk nitro milk stout mind you.  If it was, I would have enjoyed it much more.  It was an unnamed nitro stout that had a really acidic, acrid flavor at the end.  So the first taste had the nice and milky texture of a nitro stout, but the finish was bitter and tough to get through.  It was bad enough that I did not choose to go with the same beer and even remarked to the server that it was awful.  The next beer I had was a shift pale ale by new belgium.  That is a beer that I have had many times before.  It is pretty unremarkable,  but has a nice pale ale flavor and if it’s served at the right temperature has some nice complexities at the end.  That was a easy beer to go down and it was a good way to start off a fun friday night.  I’m running out of time right now so it looks like I’ll have to describe my other drinks in another post.  In conclusion, if someone had use a breathalyzeron me, I would have failed.

Steel: the Versatile Material

Today, most of our things have general steel in it whether they are for household, or consumer use, or for industrial uses.

Steel has definitely proliferating modern day living, from the items like utensils, sinks, vehicle parts, to other small-size and huge-sized items like supertankers. Steel is a multi-purpose material. It could be combined with almost anything like plastic and wood to create a tool or equipment that we can use. We think of steel as an ideal material to be used because of its durability and strength. Steel comes from processed scrap metal or iron ore. The iron ore will be processed and turned to steel to create varieties of objects which we can use. Making steel have been done since the Roman Empire.

Steel making industries use raw materials like scrap iron and coal. These materials will be processed by undergoing a processed called hot rolling processed or cold rolling process. The coal will be converted into a coke (a pure carbon product which the impurities are already removed). The scrap metal or the iron ore will undergo heating process which uses coke as the fuel.

However, today, manufacturers use oil as a fuel to heat iron ore. When the iron ore is being processed a limestone will be added to it. The molten steel will be dispensed afterwards. The molten steel will now be mixed with other components to create alloy steels. In addition to these, manufacturers, today, can form and design certain types of general steel with definite specifications of strength and flexibility. This makes steel a very ideal material now days.
